Sierra Taylor battled Stage 4 medulloblastoma brain tumors for almost four years, which caused debilitating seizures. Despite the diagnosis of only a few months left to live, Sierra was determined to attend the first day of fifth grade. This is the story of the final months of her life. Sierra was an inspiration to many and actively worked throughout her illness to raise hope and awareness by participating in St. Jude's campaigns and much more. Shortly before she succumbed to the disease, she told her mother, “I am tired and ready to go, but if you want me to stay, I will for you.” Her life continues to inspire the lives of those she came in contact with.
